Binagoongan

I was craving for something cooked in a coconut milk. Then made me run to the NEX right away to get some chill pepper and coconut milk. Here's what I did:



Ingredients. (Tantyahan lang ako magsukat)

Pork
Bagoong Alamang Paste (sauted) - I only have the Barrio Fiesta
Chill Pepper o Siling green na mahaba - cut
Garlic - crushed
Onion - sliced
Coconut Milk (Gata)


Saute Garlic and Onion
Add the POrk, make it boil until no water and pork turns to brown. Put the chill pepper (siling green), sauted for a little bit. Pour the coconut milk. Let it simmer until the coconut milk is cooked. You can tell if its cooked when you notice some oil on it, it takes more than 30 mins i think :)
then serve with hot rice.. sarappp!
