My Best kitchen buddy - KitchenAid Stand Mixer

-          Kitchen Aid 5 Quart Stand Mixer

Here’s the story behind this KitchenAid Stand Mixer.  I started making dough out of the bread machine. I used  to make batches, not just 2, most of the time I make 5 batches and I do stayed at the kitchen for almost 4 hours and have to wake-up in the morning to bake it so my customer will have the freshly baked pandisal. Bob always asked me how long I have been making those pandisal and he will just give me a smile and say “ as long as you enjoying it”. Then one time, NEX(Navy Exchange) have this stand mixer on the shelves and I was like making drama that I will pass-out besides this kitchenAid then he laugh at me. Then I told him I can make pandisal using the stand mixer and I don’t need to stay more hours at the kitchen. (I think I give him a hint). I know I can afford to buy one but it’s not my priority. I still have my bread machine.

A week after, I asked help from Bob on the Mac Computer and he told me to move his things out of the way so we could work on the computer then I pulled one of the carpet on the floor and  voilaaaa  I found the Red KitchenAid, I run onto him and told him why he didn’t tell me that he bought that and I was about to layaway it. We hugged,  It feels like Christmas..I cried.. yeah..he got me.. I really like my stand mixer haha.

That’s the best mother’s gift ever.

I'm back to start blogging..

Well, I've been thinking lately to have a blog so I could archive my recipe and easily get back wherever I need. I've read a lot of blog that obviously I forgot most of the time. Surprise...surprise...I already have a blog which was forgotten. I will be posting more now. I started this blog last 2009. A lot of changes in me. A boy came in to my life and really changed me. I'm blessed. I was blessed with a cute boy. He will be 3 years old this November....
